1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong product, color, or design received.
  • Product received differs significantly from the product description shown on our website.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, invoices, and accessories must be intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, alteration, washing, perfume, stains, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sarees purchased during clearance, sale, promotional, or special discount offers.
  • Customized, altered, stitched, or blouse-stitched products.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling or misuse.

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at support@thenari.com or contact our customer support team.
  2. Provide your Order ID and clear photographs of the product.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup (where service is available) or provide return instructions.

4. Exchange Approval

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • If approved, a replacement product of equal value will be shipped.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered.
  • Exchange shipping timelines may vary based on location and product availability.

5. Exchange Shipping Charges

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), exchange shipping charges will be borne by Thenari.com.
  • For all other approved exchanges, customers may be responsible for return and reshipping charges.

6. Color and Design Variations

Please note:

  • Slight color variations may occur due to photography lighting, screen resolution, and display settings.
  • Handwoven, handcrafted, and artisanal sarees may have minor irregularities, which are natural characteristics of the product and not considered defects.

7. Cancellation of Exchange Requests

Thenari.com reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not comply with this policy or where the returned product fails quality inspection.
